Include name, address, phone, e-mail and the DVD course title. You may also pay by credit card through paypal on this website. Go to the "register now" page. At the very top of the page click on "click here to make a payment." Fill in your name and the amount. Let us know if you have any problems.

Once we receive payment, we will send a registration form for Eastern Washington University and the DVDs.

DVD Courses: Each course is $400 for 5 quarter credits and graded pass/fail. Courses must be completed by July 29, 2009 for 2009/2010 credit. You may select one or all of the following courses:

"Being an All-Around Educator" (2005)
"Ideas and Strategies for a Changing World" (2006)
"Skills and Techniques for the Contemporary Educator" (2007)
"Enhancing Your Instructional Methods"(2008)
"Issues Facing Today's Youth" (2009)
"Pursuing Professional Excellence (2010 - available after July 9th)


Course Requirements:
A. Keep an original, hand-written journal on all course speakers. Journal notes must be comprehensive to document your viewing of the complete presentation from each speaker. The journal may not be copied or typed. You may make a copy for yourself, but we must receive the original, hand-written notes.

B. Complete and submit three lesson plans on any of the course speakers. You may provide multiple lesson plans from the same speaker. Lesson plans should reflect a professional approach.

C. Complete seven hours of fitness and seven hours of wellness activities. Fitness activities include golf, bowling, running, walking, horse-riding, skiing, etc. Wellness activities include the above mentioned fitness activities as well as musical interests, scrapbooking, art, crafts, or other related activities. All 14 hours of activities must be logged over any time frame; however, documentation must be provided by a friend (with phone number for auditing purposes) and/or receipt.


DVDs must be returned in order to obtain credit. A failing grade will be given if DVDs are not returned.
